If I am not in network with your insurance, I am able to provide you with a document called a superbill. This document is an invoice of the amount you have paid for services and you may be able to submit it to your insurance for reimbursement.  Check with your specific plan to understand what your reimbursement rate would be and what the process is.  Please see below for rates and more information.  Payment is due at the time of service.

If you choose to pay out of pocket and not seek reimbursement through your insurance company, I am able to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate through the No Surprises Act.  The Good Faith Estimate will provide you with an estimate of costs for the year.  Please see more information here.
